The operating room may be challenging to master and adapt to new tasks because of the variety of skills and knowledge required. To collaboratively work on a wide variety of problems in this context, scholars from several different disciplines must join forces. This is beneficial to surgeons because it enables them to do surgery in the most comfortable and visible position possible. Conclusion Students who participate in surgical teams get valuable experience and new abilities while improving their professional credentials and certifications.
